"They can tell how transparent a doctor is. They can read other patients’ ratings and reviews of doctors and dentists. This gives you a strong idea of who the provider really is, and whether or not they’re a good match for your needs. These patients often delay making an appointment, or opt for an urgent care solution instead. Immediacy can spin web traffic into real appointments, and can help doctors retain existing patients. Healthcare is rapidly changing, and technology is driving this shift. To grow and maintain a strong medical practice, professionals need the right technology on their side.
